You’ve got 30 days to send it back, as long as it’s looking fresh, unused, unworn, and still has its original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

At Prime Leathers, we believe that returning a product should be as easy as the touch of our bespoke custom jackets. If you want to exchange your size, style, or just had a change of heart (hey, it happens!), we’ve made the return and exchange process remarkably simple.

You can always shoot us a message via our contact form or email with the order number and reason for your return. We’ll send an email with your Return Authorization Number (RAN) as a token of acknowledgment for your request. Once you’ve received confirmation from us, start packing the item back in its original packaging and courier it back to our address.

  • It should be unworn and uncleaned.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all the tags still attached.
  • It shouldn’t be a custom order – because those are tailored just for you, and we can’t rehome them

Once we get your item, we run a quick check to ensure that the custom jacket is in its finest condition. After getting satisfied, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days directly to your original payment method. With Prime Leathers, your wallet -and your satisfaction – are in good hands.

You have 40 days from the delivery date to make an exchange request. That’s more than enough time to wear it out, take a few poses in front of the mirror, and decide whether it’s the one for you. To qualify, the item has to be:

  • Unworn (no late nights out, thank you very much),
  • Unwashed (and let’s forgo the cologne test as well), and
  • Returned in its original condition and packaging, tags included.
