6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@primeleather.co.nz within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Free return labels are available for download.
Exchanges are available for eligible items.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving returned items.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
No restocking fees apply.
