We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at sales@primeleather.co.nz with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
