Returns

At Prime Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns on both defective and non-defective items.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that do not meet your expectations or for size/color changes, provided they meet the return condition criteria. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@primeleather.co.nz.

Return Method and Fees
  • Method: Returns and exchanges must be made by mail.
  • Return Label: You can download and print a prepaid return label from our website. Return shipping is free of charge.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the product condition. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@primeleather.co.nz within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and a return will need to be initiated instead.
